After an emotionally intense July, August feels like a massive energetic recalibration — and I am so ready for it.
In this episode of The Joyride Podcast, I'm reflecting on everything Cancer season and Mercury Retrograde brought to the surface, what I'm learning about emotional sovereignty, relationships, forgiveness, and discernment, and why I'm choosing to stop carrying my past pain as proof of my strength.
We're also getting into the major astrology of August: Leo season, Jupiter in Leo, Venus in Libra, the Lion's Gate Portal, and Eclipse season — and how I'm approaching all of this energy differently than I would have in the past.
Instead of treating every portal or astrological transit as another opportunity to force a manifestation, I'm asking myself deeper questions: What does my dream life actually look like? Why do I desire what I desire? Who am I becoming for myself and others? Where am I betraying myself in the process? And how can the internal changes I'm making now create the relationships, family, career, and life I want to experience in the future?
We talk about August energy, Eclipse season, the Lion's Gate Portal, Leo season, Venus in Libra, Mercury Retrograde lessons, manifestation and divine timing, emotional sovereignty, healing relationship patterns, forgiveness and boundaries, personal growth, spiritual maturity, redefining your dream life, identity shifts, preparing for a new chapter, and becoming your highest and most authentic self.
If July brought up old wounds, relationship challenges, emotional triggers, or unexpected changes, I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to carry those experiences forward as pain. You can alchemize them into wisdom.
Maybe this next chapter isn't about manifesting harder or doing more.
Maybe it's about recalibrating, getting honest about what you truly desire, and becoming intentional about why you want the life you're creating.

Have you ever felt like you needed to become "better" before you could receive the relationship, career, or life you truly want?
In this episode of The Joyride Podcast, I'm sharing one of the biggest lessons I've been leaning into lately: being new at something doesn't make you unworthy of it. Whether you're building a new relationship, starting over in a new city, growing your career, or stepping into a completely new version of yourself, I've realized that life isn't asking us to be perfect - it's inviting us to learn.
Drawing from my own experiences, along with insights from Astrology, Human Design, and Kabbalah, I'm exploring how perfectionism, feelings of unworthiness, and the fear of getting it wrong can quietly keep us from fully receiving what we're asking for, and how shifting our perspective can completely change the way we move through life's challenges.
In this episode, we talk about being a beginner, overcoming perfectionism, building genuine self-worth, trusting that challenges are preparing you rather than punishing you, learning from mentors and life's greatest teachers, creating emotional safety during seasons of change, navigating Mercury Retrograde and periods of transformation, letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out, embracing personal growth, and trusting yourself to receive the life you've been working toward.
If you've been questioning your progress, feeling behind, or wondering why you're being tested, I hope this episode reminds you that every challenge is preparing you for what you want...and that's not a bad thing!
You don't have to know everything before you begin.
You don't have to be perfect to be worthy.
You have to trust that you're becoming the person who can fully receive everything you've been asking for.

Have you been feeling more emotional than usual lately? Like old wounds, relationship patterns, family dynamics, or feelings of loneliness are suddenly resurfacing?
You're not imagining it.
In this episode of The Joyride Podcast, we're diving into the emotional lessons of Mercury Retrograde and Cancer season, why difficult emotions are often invitations for deeper healing, and how learning to come home to yourself creates the foundation for lasting peace, confidence, safety and alignment.
I also share what this season has looked like for me while building a new life in Miami — navigating loneliness, creating community from scratch, honoring my emotions without getting stuck in them, and discovering the daily practices that help me reconnect with myself when life feels emotionally overwhelming.
In this episode we explore: Mercury Retrograde and Cancer season explained, emotional healing and processing difficult emotions in healthy ways, how to reconnect with yourself during major life transitions, why astrological transits like Mercury Retrograde reveal how to heal relationship patterns and familiar wounds, maintaining practices that help you regulate your nervous system, and finding clarity through spaciousness, movement, and self-reflection.
If you're moving through a season of building, emotional overwhelm, or major personal transformation, this episode is your reminder that healing doesn't always ask you to fix yourself. It asks you to return to yourself.
Because the safest place you'll ever build isn't a destination.
It's the relationship you create with yourself.

Are you trying to force or expedite your manifestations, maybe without even realizing it?
In this episode of The Joyride Podcast, I'm sharing one of the biggest lessons I've learned since moving to Miami: the importance of creating space for the life you're asking for instead of trying to rush it into existence.
We dive into why slow, consistent growth creates lasting transformation, how spaciousness allows more abundance to flow into your life, and why trusting divine timing doesn't mean giving up on your dreams — it means becoming the person who can receive them and maintain them.
I also share personal stories about building a new life in Miami, embracing uncertainty, preparing for major identity shifts, and learning that meaningful relationships, a successful career, and a deeply fulfilling life isn't built overnight, but created one intentional step at a time.
In this episode we explore: how to create space for more abundance and opportunities, why slow growth often leads to lasting success, building confidence through consistency instead of perfection, strengthening self-trust during seasons of uncertainty and change, why your environment shapes your personal growth and well-being, and how to open yourself up to moving at a new pace.
If you're navigating a big life transition, starting over, building your dream career, opening yourself to love, or simply learning to trust the timing of your life, this episode will remind you that your biggest breakthroughs often happen when you stop rushing and start creating room for them.
Because the life you're building isn't meant to happen all at once — it's meant to unfold, one aligned step at a time.

Have you ever wondered why your manifestations aren't happening, even though you've done the inner work, stayed consistent, and know you're meant for more?
After spending my first month living in Miami, a dream I've held onto for years, I finally understand something that completely changed the way I see manifestation, self-trust, and personal growth.
This chapter has shown me that preparation isn't punishment. Sometimes life is quietly expanding your capacity before it gives you everything you've been asking for.
In this episode, I'm sharing what it feels like to finally live in alignment after years of feeling disconnected, why your environment has a profound impact on your energy and well-being, and the biggest mindset shift that's helping me trust divine timing instead of forcing outcomes.
We also talk about the difference between the ego wanting everything now versus the soul understanding that every season is preparing you for what's next.
Inside this episode, we explore why your manifestation may be taking longer than expected, the hidden purpose of life's "preparation seasons", how to trust divine timing without giving up on your dreams, creating an aligned life through self-trust and intuition, why your environment can transform your confidence, energy, and happiness, letting go of hustle culture in favor of aligned action, personal growth, emotional resilience, and identity shifts, how to receive abundance after years of struggle, manifestation, Human Design, intuition, and living in alignment, and building a life that feels authentic, peaceful, and deeply fulfilling.
If you're navigating a major life transition, waiting for a breakthrough, or wondering why life feels like it's asking you to slow down before your next chapter begins, this conversation is your reminder that you're not falling behind, you're in preparation mode.
You may not be waiting for your life to begin, but becoming the person who can finally hold everything you've been asking for.

After years of dreaming about Miami, I finally made the move, and the reality of arriving wasn't what I expected.
But here's the truth: getting here wasn't the finish line. It was the beginning of an entirely new chapter.
In this episode, I'm sharing the emotional side of starting over, the lessons I learned from spending 10 months in a place that didn't feel aligned, and why trusting yourself often means taking action before you feel ready.
We talk about what it feels like to outgrow a season of life, why some environments support your growth while others drain your energy, and how to stop waiting for the perfect plan before pursuing the life you truly want.
We also explore how to trust yourself during major life transitions, moving to a new city and starting over in your 30s, personal growth, self-discovery, and identity shifts, the difference between dreaming and taking aligned action, letting go of guilt and choosing a life that feels authentic, building confidence, self-worth, and emotional resilience, why your environment impacts your happiness, success, and well-being, navigating uncertainty without having everything figured out, following your intuition even when the path isn't clear, and creating a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and deeply meaningful on your own terms.
Whether you're considering a big move, reinventing yourself, healing from an old chapter, or stepping into a new version of yourself, this episode will remind you that you don't need a perfect plan to begin. You simply need the courage to trust what's calling you.
Because sometimes your soul knows where you're meant to go long before your mind can explain it.
