Eclipse season is here and nothing stays the same because of it.
In this episode, I’m breaking down the powerful Astrological shifts happening right now: Solar eclipses, Mercury Retrograde, Saturn moving into Aries from Pisces and the transition into the Year of the Fire Horse.
But more importantly? We’re talking about what this actually means for you in your daily life.
Because sometimes, life shifts suddenly and unexpectedly — a breakup, a job loss, a move, a download you can’t ignore that changes everything.
That’s exactly what’s meant to happen in this season. Drastic changes come to shake up your path and new energy unfolds.
In this episode, we explore why eclipse seasons feel chaotic (and why that’s a good thing), how to stop taking spiritual information so literally, the difference between seeking external clarity and embodying certainty, what it means to move with boldness even when you don’t have the full plan, and how to trust that what’s falling away is happening for your highest good.
If your life feels like it’s turning on its head, that's a good thing! This conversation is here to help ground and support you through all of the new transitions.

Welcome back! In this episode, I’m sharing the 3 channeled messages that have changed everything for me lately. This is the truth behind how I stopped doing life on hard mode and constantly feeling like it was me against the world. This new way of being has opened me up a to a life filled with more ease, support and peace in knowing that I get to choose a life of aligned help and support! I was only choosing to do life alone because that's what felt comfortable for so long.
I also share what it feels like to reach the end of my Saturn Return and to step into an entirely new chapter rooted in self-trust, softness and divine timing.
Here are the 3 core messages that came through for me this past week. I suspect you need to hear at least one of them!
1. You don’t have to do it all alone. Support is allowed. Life doesn't have to be so hard and so heavy.
2. Believe in your vision, even if no one else sees it. God gave it to you for a reason.
3. Your energy is sacred. Be intentional with where it’s going and why. Why are you doing something? Are you doing it just to check it off your to-do list?
I also share the healing practice of Journal Speak that’s been transforming my life, my health and my mindset since January, and why it might be the tool you’ve been waiting for too.
If you’ve been feeling like life’s been a battle for far too long…this episode is your reminder that softness is strength and support is, and always has been, readily available to you.

In this episode, I share how to support your nervous system during periods of change, especially when you’re navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, or leaving survival mode.
I talk about nervous system regulation, emotional safety, self-trust, and how to stay grounded when your life feels like it’s changing faster than your body can process. This episode is for you if you’re moving through a big transition — such as a new chapter, relocation, relationship changes, career shifts, or personal growth — and you’re feeling anxious, dysregulated, or overwhelmed by the unknown.
I explore why change can feel unsafe to the nervous system (even when it’s desired), how survival mode shows up during periods of growth, and how to meet yourself with compassion instead of pressure or self-judgment. I also share how Astrology, energetic shifts, and nervous system awareness can help you navigate uncertainty with more stability and confidence.
This episode will support you in regulating your nervous system, building emotional resilience, and learning how to hold yourself through change without burning out. If you’re focused on healing, embodiment, self-development, and creating lasting inner safety while stepping into a new phase of life, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.
Coaching spots are now open for women navigating major life transitions, nervous system healing, and identity shifts. You can book a free consult through the link in the show notes.

Have you ever felt like time is slipping through your fingers, like you’re always running out of it, waiting for the “right moment,” or stuck between where you are and where you want to be?
In today’s episode, I’m talking about something I’ve wrestled with for years: my relationship with time and how I’m learning to respect it, stop wasting it, and create a safer, more grounded timeline for my life.
I’ve always been the girl who’s running late, feeling behind, waiting for the perfect timing, or getting lost in my imagination about the future…and then feeling frustrated that my real life isn’t matching it yet. This year, I’m committed to shifting that — not by rushing, not by forcing, but by building consistency and learning how to move with intention in real time.
In this episode, I break down:
- Why I used to feel like I was never in control of my time
- How overthinking + “waiting for perfect timing” has been my biggest time-waster
- What it looks like to shift my identity through small daily decisions
- Why uncomfortable belief changes don’t mean something is unsafe, just unfamiliar
- How I’m learning to honor the process instead of obsessing over the destination
If you’re in a season where you feel behind, stuck, or like your life is taking too long to change, I want this to help you reframe your timeline, get honest about where your time is going, and start showing up in a way that makes your next chapter inevitable.
And if you want to go deeper after you listen, I wrote a Substack post on how to bend time that pairs perfectly with this episode.
If you feel called to work with me, I’m opening a few limited spots inside my 3-month coaching container (two options available — we’ll talk through what fits best on a free consult call). I’m only opening these spots three times a year, and this round is open now.
If this episode hit, I’d love if you rated the podcast and shared it with someone who needs it.

What if the joy you’re searching for isn’t at the destination, but in the work you commit to every day?
In the first episode of 2026, we’re closing out Capricorn season and exploring how to build discipline, structure, and consistency that actually supports your life long-term. This episode is about creating foundations —not from pressure or burnout, but from self-trust, devotion, and intentional daily habits.
We talk about what the work really means: intrapersonal growth, showing up for yourself, and building habits like morning and nighttime routines that ground your energy and support your nervous system. I also walk you through how to create a personal proof-tracking system so you can tangibly see how your life is changing, even when your mind tells you it’s not.
This episode will help you:
Build consistency without forcing
Create routines that support mental health and momentum
Carry Capricorn season energy throughout the year
Lay a grounded foundation for personal growth, wellness, and success in 2026
The joy isn’t in rushing to get to the finish line. The joy is in the every day work.

Welcome back to The Joy Ride Podcast! This is my final episode of 2025 and it’s an honest one.
In this episode, I reflect on a year that looked nothing like I initially thought it would. This year really took me by surprise! I share what had to be deconstructed after making the decision to move out of Austin, how I slowly reclaimed my life force energy and what it required to be radically honest with myself, my family and my friends about where I truly was - emotionally, financially, spiritually, all the ways.
We talk about the temptation to skip steps, the humility of working with an uncomfortable season instead of fighting it and what it meant to make North Carolina work for me instead of seeing it as something to escape. I open up about the grief, the clarity, the fear, the anxiety and the unexpected blessings this year has brought me. I also explore what it actually means to "clear space" and why a longer season can feel like you're moving backwards in life, but in actuality, everything is working in your favor behind the scenes.
If you’re in a season where nothing is taking shape yet, where you're doing so much self reflection work that only you can see, you feel like you're so close yet still so far behind, but you know something is aligning for you, this episode is for you. Sometimes the quiet years where we let ourselves quietly realign are the ones that change everything moving forward.
I love you and am so proud of you!

Welcome back to The Joy Ride Podcast! This episode is a raw, honest conversation about a season many people in their late 20s and early 30s find themselves in, but rarely talk about openly: moving back in with your parents as an adult while you’re still figuring out what’s next.
I’m joined by my friend Jordyn, who I met here in Raleigh, North Carolina during a deeply transitional moment for the both of us. We crossed paths just weeks before she was preparing to leave Raleigh for her move to Austin, Texas (how ironic!) while I was coming to terms with being rooted here, for the time being.
We talk about what comes up when you return "home" to live with your parents but with newfound adult awareness — igniting old family dynamics, understanding familial patterns, confronting old identities you thought you had outgrown and what it means to build peace in a place and season that doesn't really suit you. We explore the emotional tension of knowing what you want next for yourself in life but not yet seeing the how — and how being in a holding stage can bring up resistance, grief, humility, inner clarity and unexpected growth.
This conversation is about learning how to honor where you are without forcing it to be permanent. About making the most of a season you didn’t plan, finding meaning in the pause and trusting that sometimes the in-between is doing far more for your next destination that you could ever see.
If you’re navigating career or financial uncertainty, living somewhere that doesn’t quite reflect who you are anymore or learning how to make peace with a transitional chapter before the next big leap, this episode will speak directly to you.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between my parents’ relationship to money and mine and being back in Florida for Thanksgiving made all of it crystal clear. When I’m around my family, I can feel the programming I grew up with. I can see exactly where I absorbed their belief and exactly where I’m meant to evolve beyond them. I can use their knowledge as power, while also choosing where I want to be different.
Their generation was built on responsibility: doing what you had to do, stretching every dollar, prioritizing safety, security and practicality. My relationship with money is built on freedom and choice. If I want something, I instinctively move toward it — not out of recklessness, but out of pure desire. Out of the belief that money is meant to circulate, support and elevate my life.
My therapist reframed this for me so clearly:My parents weren’t wrong for being responsible and I’m not wrong for wanting more. They have taught me so much about the power of being disciplined and what sacrifice is. We were shaped by different worlds. They learned to survive. I’m learning to thrive.
The work now is choosing which parts of their programming I honor and which parts I release, so I can build a reality rooted in desire, security, expansion and freedom. This trip made me realize: I get to take what supports me and rewrite everything that doesn’t.
In this episode, I’m breaking down what it looks like to evolve your financial identity, rewrite inherited beliefs and consciously choose a life that reflects who you are now, not who you were raised to be.

Welcome back! We are officially in holiday season, so in honor of all that's to come (the good + the bad) I wanted to share how I'm keeping myself sane and connected to my center during this time (Mercury in Retrograde, lots of family time, ending the year, letting go of what's no longer serving me, etc.) This week was filled with highs and lows, heightened emotions and unexpected grief coming to the surface. I share how Astrology and Human Design help me consistently reconnect with the ways in which I'm able maintain my peace, connect to my identity and uphold my personal boundaries. Additionally, I talk about how important it is to honor grief when it comes up, what it teaches us about our past and how we can use it as a tool to move us forward in life.
There are still a few spots open for Release. If you're interested in working together before the end of the year, you can claim your spot HERE
